Snub-Nosed

A realistic 3D model of a snub-nosed revolver. Modeled, shaded, lit, rigged and animated in Blender 3. This project took around two weeks of free-time to create, about 40 hours total to complete everything (not including render times).

I enjoyed learning about the mechanics of this firearm while modeling it, how each part is engineered to fit together perfectly to ensure an efficient tool. Amazing how the revolver hasn't changed much in the hundreds of years they've been around.
